Cheeky Glamour

The Greeting Farm's Cheeky line is so sassy!  I like that word: Sassy!  :-)  This card is one I am entering into two challenges:  ABC Challenges - T for Two (use two of something in your creation) and Incy Wincy Designs - Let's Party.  There is actually two cards with the same layout and stamp, just different colors.
This Birthday (Party!!) card uses TGF Cheeky Glamour.  She is embossed and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  Base: SU Pink Piroutte.  The blue is from my scraps.  The red is SU Cherry Cobbler.  The thick, pink ribbon is the stiff kind flower shops use.
The Two elements I used are the roses that are SU Adornment Vintage Flowers.
This next card has a PTI Kraft base lined with SU Bravo Burgandy.  The blue is from my scraps.  The netting is from Stamp and Create and the roses are from SU.

Cherry Chip Chimp

I will probably have a few posts since I was able to complete a few challenges.  Aaahhh - I love summer.  I can craft.  It truly calms and relaxes me.  This first card is for the High Hopes Challenge 144:  Ribbons, Lace or Twine.
This stamp is High Hopes Cherry Chip Chimp.  Monkeys are my favorite animal.  My classroom was themed with monkeys.  I want one.  I will never get one - I just want one.  :-)  He is embossed and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  Base: SU Pink Piroutte.  Black is from SU and it was embossed with Swiss Dots embossing folder and the Cuttlebug.  The pink ribbon is from my stash.  Pearls: Joanns.  Crochet Flower: I did it!  Spacer: Stamp and Create.  Brad: Taylored Expressions.
I added glaze to the cherry and the sprinkles.

Fireflies

Did you ever catch fireflies when you were little?  Or even now - and you get to see your kids doing the same thing?  I did alot when I used to live up north many many many years ago.  I don't really get to see fireflies in Florida.  I saw ONE firefly when I went with my boys to a camp sight.  ONE.  It was actually funny because I couldn't believe that there was just ONE.
That's why I love this stamp.  It's so cute.  It is called Jenny's Glow Bug from High Hopes.  I made this for a friend for her birthday.  She is holding a jar of "glow bugs".  This qualifies for Stamp and Create's July Challenge: Hands full of Love - images with the character holding something.
Card Details - "Jenny" is stamped on watercolor paper and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  Card base:  SU Brilliant Blue.  DP: DCWV Flower Shower Spring stack (the clouds were cut from that stack and adhered to it).  Additional solid color:  SU Taken with Teal.  Ribbon: my stash.

I used foam tape for some dimension.

I don't know if you can tell but I added glaze to the jar to make it shiny like glass.  It looked pretty cool in person.
On the inside is the sentiment also from High Hopes and I added a little pocket for a gift card.

CAS-ual Fridays - Back in Black CFC62

I had colored my cow from TSG ROFL Taglines a few days ago but I didn't know what I was going to do with her yet.  I  hadn't yet thought of how I was going to incorporate her into a card.  I like looking through challenge blogs for inspiration and new ideas.  The problem is - by the time I finish the card the challenge is usually over.  I do get more time to craft in the summer but...  I am still grateful to have the inspiration and I still get to make my card - I just don't get to post to the challenge as often.
Not today folks!  I had a colored cow and when I clicked on CAS-ual Fridays CFC62 Back in Black challenge - I had inspiration for the prissy cow!

She is just so darn prissy - I have named her Miss Priss.  As an afterthought - next time I'm giving her "jewelry".  TSG has some really funny stamps.
She is embossed on watercolor paper and colored in Twinkling H2Os.  Base: SU Basic Black.  Red Matte:  PTI Poppy Red.  Jewels:  Queen&Co (bought at AC Moore).
The next one is Miss Priss in Purple (SU Lavender Lace).

Red Flutter Anya

Flutter Anya is so stinkin' adorable!
Here she is embossed on watercolor paper and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  Card base and matte is DCWV Mariposa Cardstock Stack.  DP is DCWV Mariposa Stack.  The lace is from Joann's.  There is also stickles on her wings and the little butterfly in her hair.  Both the big butterfly and little one are cut from the Mariposa stack.  Mariposa means butterfly in Spanish so obviously there are butterflies on almost every page of that stack.  I used some light green floss in the background.
The layout was inspired by one of Niki Estes old cards.
I am entering this on the Anyone for Anya challenge - Just use it/Anything goes (as long as you use a TGF or CC Design image).

Using Kraft

Wags n Whiskers has a challenge to use Kraft.  I really like using Kraft.  I think it goes with almost every color.
I have to apologize for the pictures.  I took them at night when I finished the cards because I gave them to the receipients the next day.  I tried to clean them up as much as I could.
These cards uses Skipping Stones Design stamp set Funny Coffee Vol 1.  This is such a funny set.  I was giving a gift certificate to Starbucks and though these images go perfect.   She truly looks like me first thing in the morning, except I have monster slippers - not bunny slippers.  Lol!  She is embossed on watercolor paper and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  Base: PTI Kraft.  DP: DCWV Flower Shower Stack.  Twine: Flax from The Twinery.  Button:  PTI Plum Pudding.  Clip: SU
This is the same card but taken with flash so you can see how the paper shines.  Very cool paper.
This card is the same layout, just in different colors.  Papers are the same as above.  Twine: Cherry from The Twinery.  Button: my stash.

Babbette

Kraftin' Kimmie has some cute hottie tottie stamps. I love the "sassy-ness" of them!

This stamp is called Babette.  She is embossed on watercolor paper and colored with Twinkling H2Os.  The shape is cut with my Cricut using one of PDC Shaplies.  Card base is SU Basic Black.  The red is SU Riding Hood Red.  DP is DCWV Mariposa Stack.  Ribbon is SU Basic Black Satin.  Brads are also from SU.
The butterfly is cut from the same paper stack and covered with Stickles.  The sentiment is also Kraftin' Kimmie.

Lemon Drops

What goes with a cute notebook such as the one in my previous post?  An adorable bottle of candy to go with it!
This is a Starbucks Frappucino bottle.  I love to decorate these.  I used the same paper as on the notebook.  I just cut out one of the butterflies from the paper and used a small glue dot just in the middle of it.  I added some Lemondrops and cute ribbon and voila!

Super Easy!
